（1）He ordered that China's manned spacecraft ShenzhouVI (should) blast off .他下令中国载人宇宙飞船神州六号发火起飞。

（2）He suggested that the renminbi foreign exchange reform  (should )be necessary.他认为人民币兑换外币的改革是必要的。

（3）he minister insisted that the fourth round of the Six-Party Talks (should) be reconvened as soon as possible . 这位部长主张第四轮六方会谈应尽快重新开会。

（4）Our headmaster demanded that all of us (should) not forget the September 18 Incident .我们的校长要求我们都不要忘记“九一八事件”

（5）He  desired  that all the Japanese invaders (should) be published. 他希望所有的日本侵略者都应受到惩罚。

注意：当 suggest  表示“暗示、说明” ; insist  表示“坚持说”时，其后的宾语从句不用虚拟语气。如：

（1）His pale face suggested that he was ill 他苍白的脸色说明他生病了。

（2）He insisted that he was innocent(无辜的).

         他坚持说他是无辜的。

二、 It is (high ) time that 句型中 表示该做某事而没有做，从句谓语常常用一般过去式，也可以用should +动词原形,这时的should一般不能省略。如：

（1）It is time that we went（should go） to school .

我们该去上学了。

（2）It is high time that you did (should do) your homework.

你确实该去做作业了。

三、 would rather 后的从句  表示现在的愿望，动词用过去式；表示过去的愿望，动词用had+过去分词

（1）Taiwanese children said they would rather giant pandas were sent to Taiwan from the mainland at once .

台湾的孩子们说要是大熊猫能马上从大陆被运来就好了。

（2）I would rather he had told me the truth . 

我但愿他说的是事实。

四、if only 后的句子   表示现在没有实现的愿望，动词用过去式；表示过去没有实现的愿望，动词用had+过去分词 ；表示将来不太可能实现的愿望，谓语动词使用would +动词原形或  could + 动词原形，常常翻译为汉语“要是……就好了” 如：

（1）If only the giant basketball star , Yao Ming, came to our school.

要是篮球巨星姚明来到我们学校就好了。

（2）If only the famous actor Fu Biao had not been dead ,we could watch more roles played by him .

要是著名演员傅彪没有死  ，我们就能看到更多由他扮演的角色。

（3）If only the former US Clinton would come to our city .

但愿前任美国总统克林顿能到我们城市来 。

五、wish 后的宾语从句   表示现在没有实现的愿望，动词用过去式；表示过去没有实现的愿望，动词用had+过去分词 ；表示将来不太可能实现的愿望，谓语动词使用would +动词原形。如

（1）I wish I were a PLA man .

我希望我是一名中国人民解放军。

（2）I wish I had seen the Sino-Russian joint military exercise.

我希望我能看到中俄联合军事演习。

（3）I wish Liu Dehua  sing us a song tomorrow.

我希望刘德华明天能给我们唱首歌。

六、as if 或as though 引导的表语从句或状语从句  表示与现在事实相反 ，动词用过去式；表示与过去事实相反，动词用had+过去分词 ； 表示与将来事实相反 ，谓语动词使用would +动词原形。如：

（1）He looks as if he were ill .

他看起来好象是生病了。

（2）Tom looks as if nothing had happened to him .

汤姆看起来啥事都没有发生似的。

注意：如果as if 或as though 引导的表语从句或状语从句  表示的内容非常接近事实，应用陈述语气。如:  It looks as if it is going to rain ,because it is heavily cloudy . 阴云密布，天看起来真的要下雨了。
